PurRX is a North American retailer with over a dozen products and thousands of sales, specializing in age management products. Since 2016, PurRX has been offering healthy and effective products at affordable prices.

Challenge

The unfortunate reality of the COVID-19 pandemic was that levels of stress and agitation increased for a significant portion of the population. PurRX felt it was their responsibility to help it's customers in this regard.

Solution: Shifting and Adapting Quickly

PurRX needed to ensure that customers were aware of the physical and mental health benefits their products woul afford to customers. Our team, in collaboration with PurRX's marketing team and Google, was able to adapt PurRX's digital marketing strategy to address their customers shift in behaviour. Here is what was done:

  • Implement an aggressive information campaign
  • Switch digital advertising objectives from revenue to awareness
